1. Dispatch times
Orders are packed and dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders will normally be shipped within 48 hours from receipt of order.
2. Deliveries within United Kingdom
Orders below £37.99 will be subject to postage and packing of £4.99 per order. Orders of £37.99 and above will receive FREE shipping. All orders will be sent by first class Royal Mail which offers delivery within 2-4 days of postage. During periods of increased Royal Mail activity (for example during the Christmas period) some delays in delivery service may be experienced.
3. Deliveries within United States of America & Australia
Delivery throughout US, Canada Aus is from £6.99 and takes 5-14 working days. Customers who require a parcel to be tracked please contact customer services on firstname.lastname@example.org for a quotation.
4. Deliveries within EU
Orders within EU (excluding the UK) will cost £6.99 for shipping untracked. Customers who require a parcel to be tracked within the EU please contact customer services on email@example.com for a quotation.
5. Deliveries to ROI, EU & the rest of the world
Orders to the Republic of Ireland will be subject to postage and packaging of £4.99 per order.
All orders will be sent by tracked delivery, which offers delivery within 5-14 days and will not be tracked. Delivery cost is from £9.00.
6. Delivery of goods
5.1 We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate
5.2 Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is received and this will usually be within 48 hours, but in any event within 30 days of your order.
5.3 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you.
7. Lost goods
For orders within the UK: If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your email order receipt please notify us, quoting the order number on your receipt. For orders overseas we ask you to wait 14 days from receipt of order confirmation to allow for international mail transfer delays. Your notification must be in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will replace any order that has not been received within this timeframe free of charge.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall endeavour to make good the delivery as soon as possible. However we have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the received delivery of the goods in question.
You are entitled to return your order to us for a full, no questions asked, refund, providing that the following conditions are satisfied:
1.1 That you purchased the goods directly from the GoldCrush Limited official website.
1.2 That the goods have not been opened
1.3 That the goods are defective in any way
1.4 That you advise us that you intend to return the goods no later than 7 days from their receipt and in any case no more than 30 days from the date of your order. Advice of any returns must be communicated in writing to email@example.com.
2.1 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall endeavour to make good the delivery as soon as possible. However we have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the receipt of the goods in question.
2.2 If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail at our contact address firstname.lastname@example.org of the problem within 7 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
3. How do I cancel a subscription?
All subscriptions are managed and processed by PayPal. If you’d like to cancel a subscription please follow these steps:

Step 3: Choose My Money
Step 4: Choose to update My pre-approved payments
Step 5: Choose the payment to GoldCrush Limited
